Create your own automations with OpenAI in Bardeen
If you open Bardeen in Chrome, you’ll see that there are two tabs for automations: Playbooks and Autobooks. In essence, Playbooks are initiated manually whereas Autobooks have a specified trigger.
Once you click on Create Playbook or Create Autobook, the builder will open. Here, you can create any automation you want.
First, choose a trigger for your automation (Schedule or When something happens), an action (like Create, Get, Scrape, Open, or Add), and then configure it further. You can add multiple actions if you want.
In the left sidebar, you can also browse through all the apps integrated with Bardeen, including OpenAI. Click on it to view all available actions.
To make the process easier, you can also edit and import actions from prebuilt automations. After creating the automation, click Done, add a title, and run it. Watch this video to get a visual walkthrough of the process.
