Here is how this workflow sends an email weekly:
- Step 1: Schedule your email - Decide when you want your email to be sent out each week. Bardeen will use this schedule to trigger the sending process. You will need to provide the email recipient and subject line.
- Step 2: Send the email - Using Google Mail, which is renowned for its efficient email services, the message you've scheduled will be sent to the specified recipient. This ensures your weekly communications are delivered on time, every time.

Use this automation to schedule weekly emails on Mondays at a specified time.
Setting up the automation
Click on the “try it” button. You will be redirected to download the Bardeen browser extension if you don’t have it installed yet. Then you will be asked to integrate Gmail.
From there, let’s configure the variables:
Specify when you want the weekly email to be sent and add the email subject line and body. Activate the automation!
There we have it! Now, your message will be emailed to you every Monday.
