Export GoHighLevel contacts to Airtable

Manually transferring contacts from GoHighLevel can be tedious and time-consuming, especially when you're handling specific filters or large lists. This Playbook simplifies the process by exporting all of your contacts to Airtable, with an option to pull contacts from a specific company by entering the company name.

From organizing client data for campaigns to tracking leads by company, this automation ensures your contact lists are precise and updated. Instead of dealing with messy exports and repetitive manual entries, this tool stores everything neatly in Airtable, making it easy to manage, analyze, and share your contacts.

Let’s set it up!

Step 1: Create an Airtable

First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Airtable and GoHighLevel.

Next, you will need to create an Airtable with the fields you want to export.

Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. 

Bardeen will ask you to specify the Airtable to save all the information and map the fields from GoHighLevel to your database in Airtable. If you want to skip a column, you can leave it empty. 

Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Airtable. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook. 

Step 2: Run the playbook to export GoHighLevel contacts to Airtable

Press Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card and run the Playbook.

It will export all of your contacts from GoHighLevel to Airtable. You can also enter a company name to export contacts from that specific company.
