Export GoHighLevel contacts to Google Sheets

Manually exporting contacts from GoHighLevel can be both tedious and prone to errors, especially when managing a large number of entries. This Playbook automates the process by exporting all of your contacts directly to a Google Sheets spreadsheet. You can also specify a company name to filter and export contacts from that particular business.

Let’s set it up!

Step 1: Create a Google Sheets spreadsheet

First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Sheets and GoHighLevel.

Next, you will need to create a Google Sheets spreadsheet to export the contacts to.

Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. 

Bardeen will ask you to specify the Google Sheets spreadsheet.

Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Google Sheets. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook. 

Step 2: Run the playbook to export GoHighLevel contacts to Google Sheets

Press Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card and run the Playbook.

The playbook will export all of your contacts from GoHighLevel to your Google Sheets spreadsheet. You can also enter a company name to export contacts from that specific company.
