Our New Pricing Plans: What You Need to Know
A year ago, we launched our pricing as an experiment, and your feedback has been invaluable. Now, we're making some changes in three key areas: helping you experience Bardeen's value before committing to pay, simplifying pricing so that costs are clear upfront, and removing per-seat pricing on all plans to allow unlimited team members on all plans.
With our new Business and Enterprise plans introduced alongside Bardeen 3.0 a few weeks ago, we've also tailored our offerings to meet team needs. These changes will enhance your experience and ensure you get even more value from Bardeen.
What’s Changing?
Starting December 1, 2024, we’ll introduce new pricing tiers to provide more flexibility. Whether you're just starting or managing a large team, we've crafted plans to give you exactly what you need:
- Free Plan: Ideal for individuals just beginning their Bardeen journey. We're proud that hundreds of thousands of users love our free features, and we’re committed to keeping this plan.
- Professional Plan: Designed for individuals and small teams who prioritize productivity and efficiency.
- Business & Enterprise Plans: Tailored for teams requiring advanced collaboration, enhanced security, and enterprise-level tools for efficient, scalable operations.
Why Are We Making These Changes?
Since launching Bardeen Pro last year, we’ve noticed a few key issues. Our users wanted to fully experience the product before committing. Pricing was tricky to predict, and larger customers—who are increasingly turning to Bardeen—weren’t receiving the support they needed.
To fix this, we’ve rebuilt our automation builder. Now, you can test automations with unlimited attempts for free, without worrying about using up credits while fine-tuning your workflows. You only pay once the automation works exactly as you expect.
We’ve also simplified the credit system. Previously, different actions used varying amounts of credits, which made it hard to track costs. Now, every action costs just one credit, making it easy to understand and predict your usage and consumption—whether you’re an individual user or part of a larger team.
Finally, we added two additional tiers in Business and Enterprise to offer increasing levels of support, solutions engineering, and features to help teams of any size get the most out of our AI platform. Again, all plans include unlimited seats!
What Does This Mean for Current Customers?
On December 1, 2024, all Bardeen customers, including those on the free tier, will get more than before. This includes unlimited members on your team, free testing in our new builder, and transparent single-credit pricing on all actions.
If you’re subscribed to Bardeen Pro, your current plan will continue until December 1, 2024, or the current renewal date, whichever comes later. Expect some emails from our team in the coming weeks with details on the migration.
