How does this automation work?
Streamline your meeting follow-ups and ensure all participants have the resources they need with Bardeen's automation. Sharing relevant files immediately after a meeting can significantly enhance collaboration and productivity. This playbook specifically leverages the integration between Google Calendar and Google Drive to share files with meeting participants effortlessly, saving you time and manual effort.
Here is how the workflow facilitates sharing a Google Drive file with Google Calendar event participants:
- Step 1: Extract participant emails from Calendar Event: This command pulls the email addresses of all participants from a specified Google Calendar event. These are the recipients for the file sharing.
- Step 2: Share Google Drive file: A Google Drive file is then shared directly with the email addresses obtained from the calendar event, facilitating seamless distribution of meeting materials.
