How does this automation work?
How to run the playbook
Managing LinkedIn conversations can be challenging, especially when keeping up with recent messages across multiple chats. This Playbook makes it easier by exporting the last message from each conversation on your LinkedIn messaging page directly into Microsoft Excel.
Ideal for staying organized and tracking recent interactions, this automation helps you quickly review conversations for follow-up or log essential updates in Excel for reference. Instead of scrolling through LinkedIn to find that last message, you’ll have a single, consolidated list in Excel, making it simple to keep tabs on your communication history, monitor responses, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Simplify your workflow and stay on top of LinkedIn messages with ease.
Let’s set it up!
Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate Microsoft Excel
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Microsoft Excel.

Bardeen will ask you to specify the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to save all the information and the maximum number of messages you would like to extract.
Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Microsoft Excel. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.
