This is exactly where this automation comes in. It will scrape any LinkedIn company profile, get all the information on the page and save it to a Notion database of your choice with one click, saving you from the time-consuming copy-paste dance.

Step 1: Set up a Notion database for companies
First, you will need to set up a Notion database for your companies. You can create one from scratch or duplicate our template optimized for this use case for free.
Step 2: Set up Notion and LinkedIn scraper
Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this Playbook saved to your Playbooks.
You will be asked to configure Notion.
Step 3: Run the automation to scrape Linkedin company data to Notion
You can now navigate to a LinkedIn company page and run this automation from there. Launch Bardeen by clicking on the extension icon (or open with a shortcut Option + B) and click on the playbook card.
Bardeen’s scraper tool will get information like company name, the number of employees, description, LinkedIn profile link, and much more.
You will get a prompt to map the information to your database in Notion.
The left side consists of all the fields Bardeen will scrape for you. On the right side, specify the fields in Notion that you want to associate with the information on the left. If you don’t want a piece of information, leave that field empty, and it will be skipped. That’s it!
Click on “Remember Inputs” and checkmark Notion. You can Edit Inputs later by covering over the playbook.
Click “Run playbook” and watch the magic happen! That’s it! One click to scrape LinkedIn company data to Google Sheets.
