How does this automation work?
Bardeen's "Join the current meeting" playbook is a simple yet highly effective workflow for professionals who need to manage a busy schedule. It offers a seamless way to access virtual meetings directly from Google Calendar, bypassing the need to search through emails or calendar entries for meeting links. This automation is particularly valuable for business professionals who frequently attend online meetings and want to save time and minimize the hassle of joining each session.
Here's how this workflow simplifies joining your next online meeting:
- Step 1: Find the current event - Bardeen uses Google Calendar to identify the ongoing or upcoming event in your calendar, ensuring you never miss an important meeting.
- Step 2: Join the meeting - Once the event is located, Bardeen will automatically open the meeting link for you, allowing you to enter the meeting with a single click.
