How does this automation work?
Bardeen offers a seamless way to extract insights from AppSumo product reviews by utilizing sentiment analysis and saving the results to Google Sheets. This workflow is designed for marketers, researchers, and entrepreneurs who wish to gauge customer sentiment quickly and efficiently. By leveraging AI and spreadsheet automation, businesses can make informed decisions to improve their products and customer satisfaction.
Here's how this workflow performs sentiment analysis on AppSumo product reviews and saves them to Google Sheets:
- Step 1: Extract Reviews from AppSumo - The Scraper is used to collect comments from the currently viewed AppSumo product page. Specify the maximum number of reviews you wish to analyze for sentiment.
- Step 2: Analyze Sentiment with OpenAI - OpenAI processes the scraped reviews to determine the sentiment behind each comment, assisting in understanding customer emotions and feedback.
- Step 3: Save Analysis to Google Sheets - The analyzed data is then neatly added to a Google Sheets spreadsheet, allowing you to keep all insights in one place and share them with your team.
How to run the playbook
Keeping track of customer sentiments and feedback from your AppSumo product reviews can be a daunting task. Luckily, this Playbook simplifies the process for you. It automatically retrieves comments from the currently opened AppSumo product reviews page and utilizes OpenAI's sentiment analysis to assess the sentiment of each comment. The sentiment analysis results are then saved to a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
Manual sentiment analysis can be time-consuming and prone to bias. With this automation, you can streamline the process and obtain objective insights into customer sentiments.
Whether you're a product manager evaluating user feedback, a marketer tracking brand perception, or an entrepreneur seeking actionable insights, this automation enhances your ability to understand customer sentiments.
Save time and effort by automating sentiment analysis and centralizing the results for easy analysis.
