How does this automation work?
How to run the playbook
Tracking tasks after a Zoom meeting can be tedious, especially when details slip through the cracks. This Playbook simplifies that by automatically extracting key action items from your Zoom meeting once it's over.
Once the meeting has ended and the transcription is available, the Playbook identifies action items, then saves them as new rows in your specified Airtable. Along with the action items, the meeting link and date are also recorded, making it easy to reference the context later.
This setup is ideal for teams managing multiple projects who need to ensure all tasks are accounted for, and for professionals who want to streamline their post-meeting workflow. By automating the follow-up process, you can focus more on getting things done, without worrying about what might have been missed.
