Let’s set it up!
Step 1: Install the extension and setup your writing assistant
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Microsoft Outlook and LinkedIn.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. Bardeen will ask you to choose or specify your writing assistant. You can choose an existing one that you created in the past or customize a new one. For the purpose of this tutorial, let’s choose to customize a writing assistant.
Update and edit any information that Bardeen generated for you. This information will be used when crafting your personalized emails.
Update your role and company information.
For the last step, name your email writing assistant so it is easy to find when you want to reuse it.
Review this information and make edits if necessary. This information will be used when constructing your sales outreach emails.
After you have read, edited and approved all the information, your assistant is now ready.
Click on “Save Input” and checkmark your writing assistant. This will save you time from setup in the future. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.
