How does this automation work?
Bardeen connects Google Mail, Clearbit, and HubSpot to automate your contact creation process. This workflow allows you to create a new contact in HubSpot using an email address. The automation fetches the email, first name, and last name of a contact using Clearbit, and then creates a new contact in HubSpot. This way, you can instantly add new contacts to your HubSpot database, allowing you to focus on nurturing relationships and closing deals.
Here is how this workflow works:
- Find Emails: Bardeen uses Google Mail to find a specific email. You will need to provide the exact email address for this step. Google Mail is a popular email service that keeps track of all your emails with threaded conversations, tags, and Google-powered search to find any message you need.
- Find Social Media Links from Email: Clearbit is then used to find social media links from the email obtained from Google Mail in the previous step. Clearbit is a data API that lets you enrich your person and company records with social, demographic, and firmographic data.
- Split String: This step splits the name of the contact obtained from Clearbit into first name and last name. This information will be used in the next step to create a new contact in HubSpot.
- Get First Name: This step extracts the first name from the split string obtained in the previous step.
- Get Last Name: This step extracts the last name from the split string obtained in step 3.
- Create HubSpot Contact: Finally, Bardeen creates a new contact in HubSpot using the first name, last name, and email obtained from the previous steps. HubSpot is a platform that helps you generate leads, close deals, and create remarkable customer experiences.
