How does this automation work?
Bardeen's playbook offers a seamless solution for recruitment professionals looking to leverage artificial intelligence for drafting personalized outreach emails. By extracting key information from LinkedIn profiles, generating tailored recruiting messages using OpenAI, and creating an email draft, this workflow simplifies the process of connecting with potential candidates.
Here's how this workflow crafts a recruitment email from a LinkedIn profile:
- Step 1: Scrape LinkedIn Profile - The Scraper command is used to extract data from the LinkedIn profile page you have open, gathering necessary details for the recruiting process.
- Step 2: Generate Email with OpenAI - Bardeen uses OpenAI to generate a personalized recruiting email draft. You'll provide the recruiter's name and the hiring company to tailor the message.
- Step 3: Find Email Address - Snov.io integration finds the email address associated with the LinkedIn profile, ensuring you can contact the right candidate directly.
- Step 4: Get Current Page URL - This command retrieves the current page URL, which is used to link the LinkedIn profile within the email draft.
- Step 5: Create Email Draft in Gmail - Google Mail is employed to create a draft email with the generated content, ready to be reviewed and sent.
- Step 6: Open Drafts Folder - Finally, the email draft is saved, and the Gmail drafts folder is opened, enabling you to finalize and dispatch your personalized recruitment message.
How to run the playbook
Recruiting could be really creative if sourcing candidates manually didn’t get in the way. No one likes writing personalizations for the same templated email, looking up people’s email addresses, and copy-pasting information into your email client.
This automation will change your recruiting game forever! All you need to do is find a candidate you like on LinkedIn and run this playbook from their profile page. Bardeen will scrape all of the information about the candidate and pass it to OpenAI, which will write a hyper-personalized recruitment email! Bardeen will then find the email address for this person and generate a draft email in Gmail.
It takes just one click!
