Create a Notion page, when HubSpot deal is created
This is a Bardeen playbook. It's a pre-built automation template you can run in one-click to perform a repetitive task. Get started with our free Chrome extension.
How does this automation work?
Bardeen's automation seamlessly integrates HubSpot with Notion, creating a dynamic workspace where new deals automatically generate corresponding Notion pages. For sales teams looking to maintain a high level of organization and productivity, this workflow ensures that every new deal in HubSpot prompts the creation of a detailed page in Notion, where further collaboration and tracking can take place. This effectively bridges the gap between deal tracking and project management.
Here's how this workflow creates a Notion page when a HubSpot deal is created:
- Step 1: HubSpot Deal Trigger - Bardeen monitors HubSpot for the creation of new deals. Upon detecting a new deal, it initiates the workflow to carry the deal's details over to Notion.
- Step 2: Create Notion Page - With the information from the new HubSpot deal, Bardeen creates a corresponding page in Notion, setting the stage for detailed documentation and follow-up within your team’s collaborative workspace.
How to run the playbook
If you use HubSpot for sales and Notion for project management, this automation can save you time and increase productivity. By integrating these two tools, you can streamline your workflow and optimize your business processes.
You can automatically create a new row in your Notion database every time a new HubSpot deal is created with this playbook. This eliminates manual data entry and tedious copy-pasting, allowing you to focus on growing your business and achieving your goals.
Let’s set it up!
Step 1: Set up an Notion database
The first step is to set up a Notion page for all the fields you want to capture from a HubSpot deal.
Bardeen will get deal information like deal name, ID, deal link, deal amount, close date, deal stage and date created and add this information to your database for ever new deal, once your setup is complete.
