How does this automation work?
Bardeen's workflow for copying a LinkedIn post and translating it to add to Google Sheets is a powerful tool for content curators, social media managers, and researchers. The Scraper integration allows for the extraction of content directly from LinkedIn, and DeepL provides high-quality translations. By saving both original and translated texts into Google Sheets, you can efficiently manage multilingual content strategies and analyze posts for various purposes.
Here's how this workflow simplifies managing LinkedIn content:
- Step 1: Scrape LinkedIn Post - The Scraper tool is used to extract the content of the currently open LinkedIn post, utilizing a custom template designed for LinkedIn by Bardeen.
- Step 2: Translate the Post - The content scraped from LinkedIn is translated into your desired language with DeepL's accurate translation service. You will need to specify the target language.
- Step 3: Save to Google Sheets - Finally, the original post and its translation are added as new rows to a Google Sheets spreadsheet, allowing for easy access and organization. You'll need to provide the specific Google Sheet where you want to store the data.
