  1. In your Chrome browser, click the Settings menu (three vertical dots or three lines) in the top right corner, then navigate to More Tools > Extensions.
  2. Locate the HubSpot Sales extension and click Remove.
  3. After removing the extension from Chrome, clear your Chrome browser cache to remove HubSpot Sales completely.

For Outlook on the web users:

  1. In your Outlook inbox, navigate to an email you've sent or received.
  2. In the top right side of your message, click the Get Add-ins icon. If you can't find this icon in your inbox, follow these instructions in Microsoft's help documentation to add the Get Add-ins icon to your message window.
