How does this automation work?
Bardeen's workflow automation for real estate professionals enables them to qualify properties from Redfin and save them directly to Google Sheets. This capability streamlines the task of gathering and analyzing property data, crucial for market research, investment analysis, and lead generation. By automating these processes, real estate businesses can focus on strategic decision-making and client engagement.
Here's how this workflow simplifies property qualification and data integration:
- Step 1: Scrape Redfin search results - The Scraper extracts data from a Redfin search results page. Specify the maximum number of properties you want to include in your analysis.
- Step 2: Scrape individual property data - In the background, the Scraper collects detailed information from each property's link identified in the previous step.
- Step 3: Classify property data - Bardeen AI Actions classifies the property data based on your customized classifier task to ensure that the information meets your qualification criteria.
- Step 4: Save to Google Sheets - The refined and classified data is then appended to your specified Google Sheets spreadsheet, creating a well-organized list of qualified properties.
