Let’s set it up!
Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate Gmail and Pipedrive
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Gmail and Pipedrive.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and click on the autobook card. The setup flow will start. Bardeen will ask you to specify the qualification criteria for the emails.
Click on “Save & Activate Autobook”. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the autobook.
Step 2: Run the automation to get qualify and create a Pipedrive person when email is received in Gmail
Make sure the automation is activated (toggled on).
The automation will scan all incoming emails in Gmail and qualify leads based on your custom criteria. It will then save the qualified leads to Pipedrive as new persons.
