How does this automation work?
Bardeen's workflow automation for Dropbox allows you to effortlessly extract text from images stored in your account, enhancing your personal productivity. In today's fast-paced business environment, quickly retrieving information from visuals and graphics can be critical. This workflow is intended for users who need to digitize text content from images for editing, sharing, or archiving.
Here is how the workflow operates:
- Step 1: Find Dropbox file - The workflow begins by locating the image file in Dropbox, based on the file name you provide. Dropbox is a cloud storage service that lets you bring your photos, docs, and videos anywhere and share them easily.
- Step 2: Extract text from image - Once the file is found, Bardeen extracts the text from the image using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology. This step converts the visual information into editable text.
