Here's how this workflow facilitates instant meetings between Slack and Webex:
- Step 1: Create Webex Meeting - A new Webex meeting is scheduled to start at the current time, making it ready for immediate use.
- Step 2: Prepare Invitation Message - Bardeen prepares an invitation message stating your presence in the meeting with a placeholder for the link.
- Step 3: Retrieve Meeting Link - The Webex meeting link is retrieved and stored for use in the invitation message.
