Let’s set it up!

Step 1: Connect your apps

First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Gmail and Google Docs.

Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. 

Make sure the automation is activated (toggled on).

Step 2: Run the automation to summarize text in a PDF file attached to an email in Gmail and save it to a Google Doc‍

This Playbook will scan all incoming emails in Gmail and summarize the emails with PDF or image attachments. It will then create a Google Doc with the email information and summaries.
