Send an email to all event participants about following up on the discussed action items

If a meeting doesn’t lead to action, you probably should have had it in the first place. After all, the implementation of the meeting decisions is what drives things forward.

One of the best ways to do that is creating a follow-up system that ensures participants complete the critical tasks and projects remain on track.

This automation will automatically send an email to all meeting participants:

Subject Line: Action items: {event title}

Body:

Hey all, 

Thanks for the meeting just earlier. This is a reminder to follow up on your action items discussed during the meeting.

It is great for tracking action items, making sure nothing slips through the cracks and creating alignment with all meeting participants.

Let’s set this automation up.

Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate Google Calendar

First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to download the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Calendar and Google Drive

Step 2: Run the playbook

Run the playbook for a Google Event. It will find all the event participants and send them a follow-up email. You can also edit the playbook and add your next action to further customize the automation.
