How does this automation work?
Bardeen's workflow automation connects LinkedIn's job listings to your Coda table, enabling efficient tracking and management of potential job opportunities. For businesses looking to streamline their recruitment process, this playbook serves as a valuable resource to save job openings directly from LinkedIn company profiles into a structured Coda table. Whether for internal hiring needs or recruitment agencies, this automation saves time and ensures you never miss a potential candidate.
Here's how this workflow saves LinkedIn job openings to Coda:
- Step 1: Scrape LinkedIn Company Profile - The Scraper tool is configured to extract job listings from the LinkedIn company profile page provided by you. It works in the background, ensuring your workflow is uninterrupted.
- Step 2: Retrieve Job Listing URL - Bardeen then selects the first job listing URL from the array of links scraped in the previous step.
- Step 3: Scrape Job Search Results - Next, it scrapes detailed information from the job search results page using a predefined LinkedIn job search scraper template.
- Step 4: Scrape Individual Job Posts - The scraper then retrieves detailed information from each individual job post link, again working in the background.
- Step 5: Add to Coda Table - Finally, Bardeen adds the scraped job listing data to your specified Coda table and document, organizing your recruitment process efficiently.

Step 1: Create a Coda table
The first step is to create a Coda table with all the job information that you want to save.
Bardeen will extract job post information for the company and get information like position, description, details, date, links, company information and more. It will then save all this information to your database once your setup is complete.
Step 2: Install the extension and map the information to Coda
You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Coda.
Click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to get this automation saved to your Playbooks.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start.
You will be asked to specify your Coda table. Bardeen will also ask you to enter the LinkedIn company profile link and the maximum number of posts that you would like to extract. Skip the maximum number of posts field if you want to get all posts. After you choose the database and number of posts, you will get a prompt to map the information to the fields in Coda.
The left side consists of all the fields Bardeen will scrape for you. On the right side, specify the fields in Coda that you want to associate with the information on the left. If you don’t want a piece of information, leave that field empty, and it will be skipped. That’s it!
Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Coda. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.
