This Playbook will enrich leads from a Google Sheet using a lead's email address and Apollo. It will then search for information on various sources like LinkedIn and will make a qualification decision with all the available information based on your custom classifier. All the results will be saved on a new tab in your Google Sheet.
With Bardeen, you can automate the process of qualifying and enriching leads from a Google Sheet. Our AI-powered platform integrates with Apollo to help you get more insights about your leads using their email addresses. This playbook will then search for information on various sources like LinkedIn and make a qualification decision based on all the available information. The results are then saved on a new tab in your Google Sheet, ready for your sales team to take action. This process saves time and ensures a more efficient approach to lead qualification and enrichment.
Here is how this workflow works:
Get table from Google Sheet - Bardeen retrieves the content of your Google Sheet and turns it into a table. The sheet is specified by you.
Get column from table - A specific column, which contains the email addresses of leads, is extracted from the table.
Find email addresses in text - Bardeen scans the extracted column and identifies all the email addresses.
Get contact info with Apollo - Using the identified email addresses, Bardeen retrieves contact information for each lead from Apollo.
Scrape data in the background - Bardeen uses the Scraper to extract additional data about the leads from their LinkedIn profiles. The data is obtained in the background to ensure efficiency.
Merge table columns - The data obtained from Apollo and LinkedIn are combined into a single table.
Classify customized text - Using a custom classifier, Bardeen makes a qualification decision for each lead based on the available information.
Create new spreadsheet tab - Finally, Bardeen creates a new tab in your Google Sheet and saves all the results there for easy access and further action.

Once this step is completed, Bardeen will ask you to train the model.
