How does this automation work?
Efficiently manage your time and resources by automating the process of accessing important information from your Google Calendar events. Bardeen's playbook, "Open all links in the description of the current event," is designed to help professionals quickly gather all pertinent resources linked in an event's description, without manual effort. This is particularly useful for meetings where agendas, documents, and other resources are shared beforehand, enabling you to be fully prepared with just one click.
Here's how this workflow opens all links from a Google Calendar event description:
- Step 1: Get event description - Bardeen starts by retrieving the description of the event currently selected in your Google Calendar, where all the relevant links are usually listed.
- Step 2: Find current event - The workflow identifies the current event in your Google Calendar to ensure that the links from the correct meeting are opened.
- Step 3: Open links - Finally, Bardeen opens all the links found in the event description, saving you the hassle of manually clicking each one.
