Generate summary and action Items in Google Docs from Fireflies transcripts

This Playbook streamlines your workflow by locating all Fireflies transcripts based on your criteria and generating a recap and action items for each meeting. It then creates a Google Doc for each meeting, including key information like the topic, date, and a link to the transcript recording.

Let’s set it up!

Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate Fireflies and Google Docs

First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Fireflies and Google Docs.

Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. 

Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Google Docs. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook. 

Step 2: Run the automation to generate summary and action Items in Google Docs from Fireflies transcripts

Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on a Windows machine on your keyboard).

When you run the playbook, it will find all Fireflies transcripts based on your criteria and generate a recap and the action items for each meeting. It will then create a Google Doc for each meeting, along with the meeting information like topic, date and link to the transcript recording.
