How does this automation work?
Bardeen's innovative workflow leverages the power of AI to transform email briefs into visuals and share them directly in Slack. This automation is designed for teams looking to boost their productivity in content creation and communication. Whether it's for product development or internal reporting, generating images from text and instantly sharing them can significantly streamline your workflow.
Here's how you can automate image generation from an email brief and send it to Slack:
- Step 1: Find emails in Gmail - The workflow starts by searching for an email in Gmail that matches your specified criteria, ensuring that the right content is used for image generation.
- Step 2: Generate image with OpenAI - Using OpenAI's advanced AI, an image is generated based on the body of the email found in the previous step. This technology transforms briefs into visuals for better engagement.
- Step 3: Send image to Slack - Finally, the generated image is sent to the designated Slack channel or user, facilitating immediate sharing and collaboration.
How to run the playbook
You may need to generate an image but don't have the time or skills to do it yourself, or you might want a first draft as inspiration to create your own design and take some weight off your shoulders and save you time.
This automation will use OpenAI to generate an image based on an email brief and then send it straight to a Slack channel or user. Plus, you can even add an optional message with the image! This is a great way to save time and energy, especially if you're not confident in your design skills or simply want to automate the process.
Let’s set it up!
