Here is how this workflow adds a new row to your Coda table when a HubSpot deal is created:
- Step 1: Trigger on HubSpot deal creation - As soon as a deal is created in HubSpot, Bardeen captures this event. HubSpot is a CRM platform that helps with lead generation and deal closing.
- Step 2: Add to Coda table - The details of the newly created deal are then added to your specified Coda document and table. Coda combines documents and spreadsheets into a versatile canvas, perfect for managing projects and tasks.

Let’s set it up!
Step 1: Set up an Coda
The first step is to set up an Coda for all the fields you want to capture from a HubSpot deal.
Bardeen will get deal information like deal name, ID, deal link, deal amount, close date, deal stage, and date created, and add this information to your database for every new deal, once your setup is complete.
Step 2: Set up the automation
To save this Autobook, click the "Try it" button at the top of this page.
You will be redirected to install the extension, if you are using Bardeen for the first time.
If you haven't integrated HubSpot and Notion before, you will need to do so.
Bardeen will ask you to specify an Coda. After you choose the database, you will get a prompt to map the information to the fields in Coda.
The left side consists of all the fields Bardeen will scrape for you. On the right side, specify the fields in Coda that you want to associate with the information on the left. If you don’t want a piece of information, leave that field empty and it will be skipped. That’s it!
Step 3: Try it!
Make sure that automation is activated (toggled on).
Whenever a new deal is created in HubSpot, it will automatically be added to your Coda. This automation is especially useful if you want to keep HubSpot as your single source of truth, but also take advantage of Coda's powerful features.
